Tenant improvement project for a technology company, consisting of 15,000 SF. Requirements were to move a growing company into a new building incorporating a workforce that would double in size in two years. The designed space was to be "fun" for the Gen X and Gen Y workforce, and the space was to be configurable, collaborative, and creative.
